Modus Operandi

Our modus operandi depends on the nature of the product and the channels through which sales take place, we can identify and isolate manufacturers, suppliers, importers and all others involved in the counterfeit supply chain, we verify delivery methods and outlets selling counterfeit products, we also conduct test at the point of sale. We analyze goods that qualify as counterfeit, we carry out necessary liaison with the legal enforcement agencies to carry out enforcement action and follow through the cases with legal and litigation support.
